Using CallCaptain

By using CallCaptain you agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse the service. You're responsible for making sure your use (including any SMS broadcasts) complies with local law (TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel any time — you'll keep access through the end of the paid period. Phone numbers and per-interaction overages are billed separately.

Your content

You own your data. We store and process it to run the service.

Liability

CallCaptain is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the last 12 months.
