What we collect

To run CallCaptain for your business we collect: account info (email, password hash, name, phone), business info (name, type, hours, staff, services), and conversation data (calls, chats, emails, SMS) routed through our platform on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service, power AI responses, generate analytics, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not use customer conversation data to train our own AI models without explicit opt-in.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your admin dashboard, or by emailing privacy@answercaptain.com. We respond within 30 days.
